Pastor Pamela Dietz
Pastor Layne Dietz is a native son of Seguin.  He served the community for eleven years as a police officer in the early part of his life.  Now his vision is to pastor the city through prayer, involvement with the Ministerial Alliance and outreach.  Along with his ministry at New Life, Pastor Layne presently serves as a police Chaplin to the Seguin Police Department, and is a member of Ambassadors for Christ motorcycle ministry.  Pastor Layne has a heart to reach the lost, make disciples for Jesus, and equip believers for the work of the ministry.
Pamela serves alongside her husband in the ministries of New Life church.   Pamela moved to Seguin in 1971 and fell in love with the community and its people.  She graduated from Seguin High School in 1975 and from International Bible College in 2006.  God has given her the mandate to challenge people to walk in the dream God has for their lives.  She especially loves working with the married couple's ministry of the church called Life Partners and the youth ministry, New Generation.  Pastor Layne and Pamela have two daughters, Sunni & Chelsey, who are very involved in different ministries of the church.
Chris and Chelsey Larson serve at New Life Fellowship as the Youth Pastors. Chris is from Florence, Alabama and Chelsey is a native Seguinite. Both graduated from Texas Bible Institute in Columbus, Texas. They are the proud parents of two wonderful little girls named Presley and Haven Larson.
Their passion is to raise up a new generation of young believers whose lives will leave a powerful legacy for future generations. They, along with a team of young people, provide lively services every Sunday and Wednesday evening at a unique place called the "Loft."  Drama, music, and dance are just a few of the venues that they use to reach the youth where they are. Their heart is to equip this generation with what they need to not only survive but thrive in a time when many believe youth is wasted on young people.
Their vision........"If you're out there, be you skater, cowboy, black, white, hispanic, emo, lost or free......we want you. If you're looking for something real, a place of acceptance and to be yourself.....come and experience NGYM for yourself."
